Marketing Executive - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract We are expanding our Marketing team to elevate brand visibility and drive sales. As a Marketing Executive, you will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Executive to execute our marketing strategy across Marston Holdings and its subsidiaries. Your role will involve independently identifying opportunities to enhance our presence through meticulously planned marketing events, sponsorships, and campaigns within allocated timelines and budget. Join us in shaping the future of our brand! The Marketing Executive will carry out the following responsibilities in addition to ad-hoc responsibilities that arise as part of an evolving marketing plan: Core duties and responsibilities: Coordinate marketing activities allocated by your line manager, leading any marketing meetings with internal stakeholders. Design marketing campaign plans to drive brand awareness across online channels, including social media and email marketing. Devise a social media strategy, regularly creating engaging and informative content. Assist in website content creation, social media management, video scripting and specifications. Analyse and create useful reports for Marketing Director to show evidence of marketing activities. Research and analyse market trends, competitors, industry events and identify target markets and new opportunities to test within the marketing plan. Create and maintain any directories, including company reviews and reputation management. Administration tasks such as raising orders and event logistics. Knowledge and skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of print and digital channels and to different audiences. Strong editing and proof-reading skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience of using social media to reach different target audiences, including LinkedIn. Experience of editing websites (ideally Wordpress). Have a proven ability to plan, prioritise, implement, monitor and evaluate communications/digital projects/campaigns. Good understanding of digital metrics and reporting with the ability to produce data driven analysis. Good understanding of pay per click campaigns and search engine optimisation. Support in the design and delivery of internal communications.
