We have been recruiting for them for years and we can speak with great conviction when we say that this is a great place to work. It also helps that we recruited the current COO 7 years ago who is taking early retirement and he will have a really positive story to tell you if you decide to apply for this role. This opportunity is not a tough sell by any stretch of the imagination. Our client is a technology company that excels in providing the infrastructure and sales capability to deliver best in class products to market. They are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and partner with an innovative and entrepreneurial CEO in a fast-paced and visionary environment. Provide sound business judgment and pragmatic decision-making. Enable the CEO to explore new business opportunities by fully managing day-to-day operations. Operational Management: Oversee all business heads of Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT. You do not need to be a subject matter expert you must have helped a business to deliver on its profit targets so knowledge of sales management in particular will be useful. We would like to see demonstrable career growth, positioning this role as a natural next step. We are happy to consider people that have been there and done it as well as rising stars. The key with this hire is your cultural fit and ability to take ideas and see them through to completion, to that end, you will be a completer finisher. The CEO is a genuinely decent human being who is passionate about the business. He needs to work with someone who can find solutions and get things delivered but also someone who has the gravitas and credibility to say no and push back. This will be a key partnership. Does this sound like you? A rounded generalist with operational accountability in sales, operations, finance, and IT. Highly numerate and financially astute, with a passion for data and management information. Expert in designing scalable, pragmatic systems and processes.
