A Head of Business is required by a large franchised dealership with a prestige site located in Cambridgeshire.
The successful candidate should be an energetic, dynamic individual who is able to lead and motivate a large number of staff ensuring that the high standards set by both the group and manufacturer are upheld, whilst maintaining and improving the targets for both sales and service departments.
You should already have experience at GM/DP/HOB level within the franchised Motor Trade and must be used to dealing with large numbers of both new and used cars, possessing the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact in the dealership as well as recruit, train and motivate the staff.

The salary for the position is up to £50,000 p/a plus benefits.
This role is offered on permanent, full time basis, working hybrid from the North West London Office.
