The organisation has been going through an unprecedented growth period and is now seeking a new Head of People to join the Senior Leadership Team to develop the people function. Reporting to the CEO directly, this is a newly created role that will take the lead across the business for all people, recruitment, and learning development matters. This role will require one or two days a month in the Leicester office and the successful candidate MUST have experience of leading people and teams across multiple sites. Salary to £77000 p.a plus excellent benefits.
