FIND is proud to be working for a leading Midlands based client exclusively to support them in their search for a new Head of People. The organisation has been going through an unprecedented growth period and is now seeking a new Head of People to join the Senior Leadership Team to develop the people function.
Reporting to the CEO directly, this is a newly created role that will take the lead across the business for all people, recruitment, and learning development matters.
This role will require one or two days a month in the Leicester office and the successful candidate MUST have experience of leading people and teams across multiple sites.
Salary to £77000 p.a plus excellent benefits.
Key duties include but are not limited to-
- taking the lead in HR function restructure.
- overseeing all projects relating to people & HR matters.
- employee engagement programmes and oversight.
- driving culture and employee incentives across all staff levels.
- improving performance management and appraisal schemes.
- leading on the development of leadership, staff recognition and growth initiatives.
- ensuring consistent and companywide messaging is delivered.
- driving and living the company values and vision.
The ideal candidate for this role-
- has been an HR Manager or Head of People, or equivalent.
- is MCIPD Qualified or equivalent.
- has an in-depth knowledge of UK Employment Law.
- has a proven track record of driving HR initiatives.
- possesses experience of implementing and maintaining HR systems.
- is an excellent coach and mentor, with impeccable communication skills.
