This a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The role will be mix of home working as well as working from the client's office in East London To be considered for the role you will be an experience Head of HR / People who is CIPD qualified. Paying £61,245 - £70,000 dependent on experience Role Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that fosters a culture of high performance, engagement and wellbeing. Provide strategic direction for the People function, encompassing workforce planning, talent management and development. Champion mission and values, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Lead the design and implementation of initiatives for staff development, training and career progression. Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent and develop strategies to retain skilled employees. Manage employee relations and resolving conflicts effectively. Ensure People policies are up to date, legally compliant and aligned with organisational objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to align People strategies with organisational goals. Lead the day to day work of the people team, ensuring resources are focused on key objectives.
