We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to take up the role of Head of People in a leading retail company, looking after a headcount of c6000 employees. This is a home based, regional role with occasional Travel to the Midlands Head office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic Human Resources, with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
