Leadership of HR team - including HR Business Partners and Employer Relations Team
An outstanding opportunity for a Head of HR Business Partners & ER to lead a team of HR BPs and HR Advisors/ER professionals in a comprehensive HR/ER service to the organisation.
You will be part of the Senior HR & OD team with a focus on overseeing the HR Business Partners and HR Advisors in the oversight of complex employer relations and union relationships.
Working with our client based in a school, you will join the newly established HR team to help build an efficient and effective HR operational service to the wider Education Trust.
You will assist the HR Manager and Head of HR to provide a proactive and effective HR service across all division of the business.
As a HR Advisor, you will provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on all employee related matters including discipline, grievance, capability, absence management and HR policies and procedures.
I am working with one of the UK's largest equipment rental companies to support them with their search for a HR Advisor to join them on temporary contract until September 2025.
We are currently working with a large public sector body in Wiltshire, who are looking to take on a HR Operations Manager on an initial 6 month temporary contract.
You will have strong people management experience, including the management of managers, strong Employee Relations and Trade Union experience as the lead for Advisory services and will also oversee payroll services.
The role offers hybrid working 2-3 days working from home, the hourly rate is £50 per hour via an umbrella company and is 37 hours per week.
