Leading the people function of this 80-person business, you will take full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision for the organisation.

You will be joining a supportive and collaborative HR function within Morson and leading a small HR team for the outsourced function, reporting directly into the Head of HR.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading and training a team of customer success / client success team to provide excellent customer success to their clients which are mid-market and enterprise customers across a range of industries.
You will be responsible for implementing KPI's and policies to identify customers at risk to minimize customer churn, as well as working with the team on customer renewals and looking for upsell and cross sell opportunities.
Provide strategic and operational HR advice to the divisional Senior Leadership Team and their Regional Management teams, attending senior leadership meetings and operations meetings as required.
