Head of Client Success

A global market leader in the HR software space who have an offering based around employee recognition, employee engagement, employee benefits is looking to add a head of client success to their UK team as part of their continued growth.

The Role:
You will be responsible for leading and training a team of customer success / client success team to provide excellent customer success to their clients which are mid-market and enterprise customers across a range of industries. You will be responsible for implementing KPI's and policies to identify customers at risk to minimize customer churn, as well as working with the team on customer renewals and looking for upsell and cross sell opportunities

The Candidate:
You will be able to demonstrate success in client success / customer success in a SaaS based environment. Any exposure to HR software, in particular, reward, recognition, engagement, benefits would be advantageous. You will also need to have a good understanding of ISO9001. It is also advantageous if you have experience of an early stage customer success / client success team and are used to putting in place strategies and procedures for the team to follow

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £60,000 with a 20% performance related bonus, pension, health and a range of other benefits are included.
