To manage a stock control system that ensures that there are always adequate supplies of goods such as towel, linen, janitorial supplies, food & kitchen supplies etc. To ensure all CQC requirements are met within the housekeeping and cook departments. To prepare special diets for service users/ residents as required. To implement and maintain a deep cleaning schedule for the site.
