Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a superb opportunity for a company based in Redhill, who are looking for an Events & Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Working for a company with offices worldwide, this is a busy and varied role, working across a range of events, and across the full marketing mix. Responsibilities will include: Managing events, exhibitions, roadshows, conferences and internal and external events Supporting all marketing activities to organise and promote events Travel when required to events in the UK and internationally Work with stakeholders to plan, design, book, manage budget, equipment, stands and all event logistics Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures for each event Maintaining accurate events records and reporting Overseeing events on the day Managing and updating marketing collateral Maintaining stock levels, designing and ordering printing Updating the website and intranet Liaising with suppliers of corporate merchandise To be considered for this role, you will need the following: Proven experience in marketing and event planning/coordination Experience of organising corporate events Highly organised with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive and able to manage own time Proficiency in MS Office suite Ability to work to deadlines The company offer a salary of up to £35,000 plus competitive benefits, and potential for hybrid working after probation.
