Small scale conference events this is not... think brand experience, exhibition and (very exclusive) hospitality activations for high profile clients and sponsors
This role will be a fantastic step up for someone who wants to move (very quickly) towards a Creative Director role..
The Role As a senior role within the agency you'll be leading a team of in house 2D and 3D designers, whilst also heading up the creative approach to a range of your own events.
No two days will be the same of course, but here's some of the things you'll be involved with:
- Managing, mentoring and developing an experienced team of creative designers
- Allocating work to the internal team
- Collaborating with internal teams and the ECD to come up with the best creative response to each brief
- Leading the creative approach to your own projects
- Part of the pitch team
- Working with clients throughout the lifecycle of a project
The Candidate
Candidates must have experience working within a creative event agency environment where they will have managed and developed a team of designers, heling them to grow and develop.
In adition they should have the passion and drive to join a fast growing event agency that will give them the scope to develop into a Creative Director role... quickly.
