The Head of Programmes is a wide-ranging and key role within the Smallwood Trust's leadership structure working closely with the CEO, the Grants Team and the Board.

Location: Malvern/Remote working with travel to the office 1 or 2 days per month.
Working as part of the broader Healthcare Development team, this role is focused on the delivery of programme initiatives that lower the cost of care, showcase our unrivalled breadth of products and services, and shines a spotlight on our trusted care and advice.Playing a lead role in the project, you will ensure delivery of the programmes KPI's, whilst responding to the needs of our stores and customers, being continuously curious around how we can drive improvement to the process and performance.
