Commercial Project Manager – HealthcareVacancy closing date: 16th June 2024Secondment end date: February 2025Recruitment Partner: Laura TaylorReporting into the Head of Category Development – Health, you will lead the continued development and evolution of the ground-breaking Healthcare Reinvention programme. Working as part of the broader Healthcare Development team, this role is focused on the delivery of programme initiatives that lower the cost of care, showcase our unrivalled breadth of products and services, and shines a spotlight on our trusted care and advice.Playing a lead role in the project, you will ensure delivery of the programmes KPI's, whilst responding to the needs of our stores and customers, being continuously curious around how we can drive improvement to the process and performance. This is a particularly exciting time as we transition the programme into BAU and start to build the roadmap for future health propositions. You will lead and develop the team, ensuring collaborative work across all functions in the project and within the Healthcare business unit.You will be a driving force behind the strategy for new concepts that support the commercial strategies, bringing experience and ideas on how we can continue to roll out HRI to more store formats, and be ever more joined up across all programmes. About the role• Delivering the next phases of Healthcare Reinvention in the 3 year plan including ownership of the critical path to ensure key milestones are met• Spending time with the category teams to understand the future strategies alongside understanding further opportunities to partner with our suppliers, you will have the opportunity to deliver market-leading in-store experiences for our customers• Investing time in building internal relationships to gain a broad understanding of the business functions to optimise our processes and further opportunities• Engaging with the health and wellness category teams across the Business Unit and suppliers to understand strategic direction for the categories• Continually seeking to further develop the HRI propositions to meet the needs of our business and customers• Working with our marketing teams to develop market-leading solutions for healthcare that can be trialed through pilots and store interventionsWhat you'll need to have• Strong internal and external influencing skills• Experience of commercial and operational processes• Ability to effectively manage an agile team• Great written and verbal communication skills, with a variety of stakeholders• Comfortable with changeOur benefits• Discretionary annual bonus• Generous employee discounts• Flexible benefits scheme including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and more.
