Key Responsibilities
Build and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team comprising employees, agents, and distributors.
Develop and Execute Global Retail & Wholesale Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive retail and wholesale strategy with a strong focus on EMEA and APEC regions to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Working as part of the Customer Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers and consumers are offered the best possible service and implement complain resolution strategies across the company.
