THE OPPORTUNITY
My client is currently looking to recruit for a Head of Contact Centre based in Leicestershire; this is a senior role in a rapidly expanding organisation.
The Head of Contact Centre will manage the delivery of the support services we provide to customers across a range of contact channels including voice, e-mail and web-chat.
The successful candidate will be adept in managing all aspects of a Contact Centre operation and will be responsible for, but not limited to.
You will be expected to respond to customer enquiries and ensure that administration is carried out accurately, on time and to the agreed service levels.
A large, successful business based in Aylesbury are looking for several Customer Service Representatives to join them to support the growth of the company, to start on Monday 2 September.
You will be working with a number of partners in the animal care industry, delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.
