As a CLO you lead and inspire the opticians team to deliver excellent patient centred care to ensure our customers and patients are supported to feel good in contact lenses.
This role supports the safe and effective running of the opticians business, being an expert in the technical aspects of the recommendation, sale and supply of contact lenses and optical appliances around the area.Key responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for implementing a child in need or child protection plan with the aim of safely stepping the family down or where required, escalating to legal proceedings.
Manage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision, undertaking focused, analytical assessments, prepare SMART plans and reviews that have clear objectives and outcome measures in order to ensure that all vulnerable children receive a service that reflects the Council's commitment to safeguarding and putting the needs of individual children first.
To work proactively and build relationships with children and families who have been assessed as requiring a statutory intervention using the Signs of Safety practice model.
