The post holder is responsible for delivering support to service users with complex needs who have experienced domestic abuse and been provided with short term, emergency refuge accommodation.
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive, holistic needs assessment, support planning, progress monitoring and review for clients with a range of complex, social and housing need.
This is a full-time 37.5 hours, fixed term contract (12 months) role offering a salary of £25,500 per annuum.
