Juice is delighted to be supporting a well-established firm in Bath, known for its strong reputation in delivering exceptional legal and financial services, in their search for a Conveyancing Assistant.

In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the Residential Property team. Your responsibilities will include managing client files, coordinating key tasks throughout the conveyancing process, and serving as a reliable point of contact for clients.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Draft and prepare standard letters and documents for client matters, ensuring accuracy and approval from fee earners.
  • Open and maintain client files in the Document Management System, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
  • Assist with the progression of conveyancing cases, including searches, report drafting, and communication with mortgage lenders.
  • Provide general administrative support, including organising meetings, handling calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
  • Manage client and agent enquiries professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Complete billing functions, prepare financial statements, and handle Land Registry submissions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements while fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
