A vacancy has arisen for an HR Administrator who will provide an efficient end to end recruitment and onboarding service for office staff and deliver day-to-day high quality, accurate and timely administrative support as part of the wider HR team.
The successful candidate will coach and advise Directors, Managers and where applicable school leaders on the professional aspects of HR including management of employees, HR policy and procedure, legal implications, formal consultation, and TUPE transfers which ensure the organisation has excellent management of its employees and strong employee relations.
Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for our client a local government organisation in Brent, West London.
This is initially a 3 month contract with the possibility to extend after that date.
