H9 Human Resources are currently working with an amazing client in the public sector who are looking for a HR Officer / Advisor on an initial 6-month FTC with the possibility for extension to 12 months.
This is an excitingrole with exposure to a wide range of generalist all HR activities in a fast paste environment.

Provide advice to leaders on a range of people issues including employee relations, recruitment & selection, performance management, and learning & development.

Responsibilities
Issuing job offers and coordinating the on-boarding of new employees (site and office staff), ensuring all correct documentation is on file, obtaining references, issuing welcome packs, organising inductions, etc.
An exciting role where you will be responsible for line-management and leading on the recruitment, induction, and appraisal of designated HR support staff,
Providing effective communication, training and mentoring to enable staff to carry out duties.
