HR Admin - Recruitment

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Admin to join our friendly team. You will provide essential support across all HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

What you'll do:

  • Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff appointments, pay, resignations, absence and contract changes.
  • Manage staff absence records and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Liaise with payroll providers and ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain employment records, ensuring compliance with Data Protection Act / GDPR and act with discretion and confidentiality at

all times.

You bring the following:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of English and Maths GCSE (A-C/4+)or equivalent e.g., Adult

Literacy/Numeracy at level 2

  • Experience of supporting school based services
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Effective ICT skills within an office environment and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • A "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn.
