To provide HR advice and support to Directors, Principal Officers and individual staff in line with Council policies, procedures, employment legislation and national and local conditions of service.
To be accountable to the HR Manager for the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and practices across the organisation, with specific responsibility for individual divisions.
We are recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary HR Officer to help implement and integrate Safe HR software across our client's business.
This role will also involve reviewing and updating HR records, ensuring compliance with current HR regulations, and revising the employee handbook to reflect the most up-to-date policies.
This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week and you will be based on-site.
