We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our dedicated team of HR Advisors and Coordinators in delivering a high-quality, centralised shared-service administration function.
You will be responsible for upholding HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As a true HR generalist, you will manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services.
Please note, this role is to offer support whilst we recruit for the permanent position, we would therefore need the successful candidate to commit to the full 6-8 weeks to ensure continuity.
Duties include
Perform a range of administrative tasks including diary management and coordinating with various external partners such as agents, suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
Manage all communication and correspondence with clients and key stakeholders.
In this critical role, you will ensure the delivery of core HR services, including Recruitment, On-boarding, Payroll, Pensions, Reward & Benefits, People Data & Reporting, Employee Relations Casework, and Trade Union Relations, to support our mission to make the Gambling Commission a great place to work.
