We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR professional to work as part of a large team providing comprehensive HR service to managers.
You will be supporting and working with managers across departments with proactive HR advice and guidance on a range of employer-relations case work and potentially supporting change, redundancy, restructuring and consultation.
Initial temporary contract to End of August 2024 but with scope for a longer-term contract to March 2025.
As a HR Generalist you will cover various parts of the HR function such as;
Talent Acquisition: Lead staffing efforts across all organisational levels, including job description development, posting vacancies, candidate screening, salary determination, and offer extension.
On-boarding & Orientation: Develop and deliver comprehensive on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including new hire orientation programs and training initiatives.
