HR Advisor 11 month FTC £26873.60 32 hours per week Are you looking for a new HR generalist role. We are looking for a HR advisor for our client based in CV7. You will be required to provide counsel to the company regarding policies and procedures for all areas of the employee life cycle, to offer guidance on recruitment, change processes, employee performance, maintaining employee relations and occasional project work. So, what would your responsibilities be? Monitor KPIs: Keep track of recruitment costs, turnover, and retention rates. HR Queries: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries. Attendance Management: Monitor absence and lateness statistics, providing guidance to managers. Recruitment Coordination: Assist with recruitment, interviews, and appointment processes. Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle inductions, exit interviews, and related activities. Performance Improvement: Identify development needs and support managers with improvement plans. Policy Management: Review and update HR policies to comply with legislation. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate records in HR information systems. Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions. Employee Relations: Manage ER cases, including disciplinary matters and absences. Training and Engagement: Coach managers on best practices and support employee engagement initiatives. What will you get in return?
