We are looking for a Pay Services Assistant to join our Human Resources team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all aspects of pay and associated processes, ensuring compliance with Police Regulations, Police Staff Conditions of Service, Force Policies, and Statutory legislation.
Day to Day of the role
Administer absences including sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption leave, accurately calculating and maintaining contractual and statutory pay entitlements.
Our fantastic client based locally in Gloucestershire is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team on an ongoing, temporary basis with the opportunity of going permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities will include employee relations and engagement, sickness, disciplinary and grievance management, staff performance, learning and development, employee lifecycle from new starters to leavers, recruitment, and general HR administration duties to support the team.
