The Recruitment & Training Administrator will be an integral part of the Human Resources team within the leisure, travel and tourism industry, assisting in the recruitment process and coordinating employee training programmes.

General
Salary and package: £24,000 - 26,000 basic salary, 25 days annual leave your birthday off, healthcare cash back scheme, pension, 2 days per week work from home, annual awards and recognition ceremony and incentive trips.
The employee is expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative to facilitate the smooth running of the support functions within the team.
The primary role is to provide direct support to your line manager and the department, to enable the team to operate at optimum efficiency.
This will include but will not be limited to the responsibilities given below.
