World Class Defence Organisation is currently looking to recruit a Human Factors Engineer subcontractor on an initial 12 month contract.
Contract Duration: 12 Months initially and then ongoing
The role will be a hybrid of working from home 50% of the time and onsite, either from the companies office in Bristol or Stevenage (depending on your preference).
We are looking for a highly capable, versatile and enthusiastic Human Factors Engineer to undertake a full range of Human Factors (HF) tasks across weapon system concepting, development and research activities.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: typically, 2- 3 days per week on-site (flexible), due to workload classification
This presents a great opportunity for someone with a real passion for HF to meet the challenge of integrating HF into hi-technology projects with a diverse range of military user groups across.

Working pattern
The team operates a flexible working model allowing you to work at home where it is possible, however the nature of the job will often require you to be onsite to access specific facilities, personnel or data.
Security clearance
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
