As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a highly skilled Head of Fleet and Transport to join our team and lead our transportation and logistics department.

This is a hands-on role to ensure the efficient, processing of all transit cargo and logistics operations including setting & managing both KPI's & Budgets, all administrative and resource duties whilst taking into account full compliance of regulations relating to customs and bonded procedures.
This role is to take full ownership and management of the day to day running of this busy, fast paced HR department.
The person in this role will have to plan a fleet of trucks to cover work that is given to us by expeditors, they will also need to answer the phone to the customer and print out paperwork and driver manifest, they will need to liaise with the warehouse throughout the night to make sure trucks are loaded in the right way.

Key responsibilities
Planning and Scheduling: Develop efficient routes and schedules for drivers, considering factors like distance, traffic flow, delivery windows, and legal compliance (e.g., driver hours).
