RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce Product Manager include: - Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions - Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices - Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce system capabilities to enhance donor/supporter relationships - Drive user adoption by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support - Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements - Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions SKILLS As the Salesforce Product Manager we are looking for someone with the followings skills: - Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud - Proficient with Salesforce's Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) - Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects from inception to launch - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Experience in agile project management methodologies. - Proven experience in a Salesforce Product Manager or similar role.
An Exciting Contract Opportunity for a Project Manager - Product operations (Salesforce ) with one of the Leading Tech Clients in London, UK (remote). Role: Project Manager - Product operations (Salesforce Experience) Duration: 6 Months Location: UK- Remote Responsibilities: Independently lead 2-3 short-term projects within a portfolio by building coherent execution trackers that have clear goals and deliverables. Collaborate and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Engineering/Product teams to implement and manage an optimal tech intake process to feed requests/opportunities into sprints/roadmap cycles. Collaborate and partner cross-functionally with Operations, and Engineering/Product teams to manage an established operational readiness process. Collaborate and partner with Business Messaging and Enterprise Engineering, to create functional requirements for account management practices on Salesforce. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience. Experience working on functional requirement mapping for Salesforce (both Sales and Service Clouds) Experience working on product/software development and partnering with technical teams (e.g. Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, User Researcher, etc.). Experience with leading/working on intake processes, requests refinement, prioritization and alignment/commitment with partner teams. Experience initiating and driving multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance, across different time zones, and with multiple stakeholders. Experience managing communication and influencing decision-making with stakeholders to keep high engagement and expectations aligned. Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in leading end-to-end tech requests intake processes that feed into sprints/roadmaps of partner engineering/product teams. Direct experience in the agile software development process. Demonstrated experience with communications and presentations to senior leadership across different organizations.
