RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce Product Manager include:

- Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices
- Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce system capabilities to enhance donor/supporter relationships
- Drive user adoption by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions

SKILLS

As the Salesforce Product Manager we are looking for someone with the followings skills:

- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Proficient with Salesforce's Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects from inception to launch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in agile project management methodologies.
- Proven experience in a Salesforce Product Manager or similar role.
