Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee all aspects of statutory accounting, taxation, and compliance, while driving process improvements and adding value through strategic financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: Lead the completion of annual statutory accounts for the Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, including timely submission of returns and adherence to tax obligations. Oversee Companies House filings and maintain accurate records of company and director changes. Take primary responsibility for short-term cash forecasting, supporting liquidity management and financial planning. Provide oversight and performance management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions. Prepare monthly management accounts for HQ subsidiaries, consolidating financial data and providing insights into business performance. Support forecasting and budgeting processes, contributing to the development of robust financial plans. Review, coordinate, and document internal control processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Drive taxation value-add projects and activities, optimising tax efficiency and mitigating risks. Source, implement, and manage government and industry grants to support business growth initiatives.
