An Interim Credit Manager required for international professional services organisation based in Redditch. Managing the international O2C process. Descriptiong debts Manage a credit control/Account Receivable and billing team Reviewing processes to ensure effective credit management Ensuring accurate recording of all credits Deal with escalations Various project Drive standardisation of credit control processes and optimise usage of system functionality available Provide continuous improvement in the DSO and ensure the age profile of total debtors is managed to within agreed targets Profile The successful candidate should have experience working within a Credit, Billing and Collections environment, understanding the O2C processing and having managed a team. Ideally having experience in training, supporting and working in fast paced environment.
