We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.The Agency Project Manager is the key connector between the client managers, external agencies and resource management teams on larger, more complex and/or critical projects. They are responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of assets to brief owner or channel and also connect across agencies including media buying and production to ensure all deliverables are correctly defined, created and land on time. They report to the Senior Agency Project Manager. Responsible for creating, owning and running project plans for on larger, more complex and/or critical projects.Build project plans according to establish process, but adapting to specific client and timingNegotiate resource time and commitment with operations team according to client needResponsible for ensuring project runs to schedule and deliverables land on timeSupports client manager in project comms, but may need to communicate directly with clientsInvolved more directly in checking and delivery of assets to clients and to and from other agencies and media partners across multiple platforms, than a conventional project manager What you'll need to have: Project management experience or other appropriate delivery experience in a creative agency or business. The Midweight Designer will support the wider design team in delivering consistent and effective designs and ideation across a variety of media. The incumbent should possess robust experience and design skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, high-level creativity, and the skill and experience to passionately and articulately communicate and present work cross-functionally across the business.This role also requires high-level self-motivation and the ability to work to strict deadlines while under pressure.About the role: You will work closely with our Creative Lead and Lead Designers, helping them design collateral for various needs such as full campaigns, print, digital, in-store, image retouching, new concept development work, etc.Be innovative and work with established brand identities. You will have a lot of responsibility and creative control over your given briefs. Support the design team in delivering against KPIs CPA, speed to asset, and asset quality.Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the beauty market and our brands.Demonstrate a highly creative approach to briefs.Ensure that all creative and artwork meet the brief, are on brand, and produced to the highest standard. What you'll need to have: A degree in Graphic Design or a relevant subject, with a strong portfolio of work in a variety of media, including print and digital design.At least 4 years' experience with dexterity in campaign work, showing examples of print & editorial design, social media concepting, email design, app content and video storyboarding, with the ability to present your work and communicate confidently.Experience working with strategists or strategic work that acts as a springboard for your creative.Professional use of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.Happy to work across multiple brands and project briefs in a dynamic agency environment.
