Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough, taking calls from customers that have been on the website and looking to purchase some amazing tech !

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support our clients planning team based in their Leicester Studios in Enderby with day-to-day Administration tasks.
They are a British multinational clothing, footwear and home products retailer with around 700 stores, of which circa 500 are in the United Kingdom.
This role will be responsible for capturing and documenting business processes, functional and non-functional requirements across software development projects within the Access HSC Local Government team, covering Children & Young People, Social Care and Finance.
These will be recorded via process maps, supporting documents, and resulting user stories in the development management system.
