Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications: Responsibilities: Salary: Circa £35k DOE Incentives Entertainment Oversight: Oversee the booking and scheduling of entertainers or performances, ensuring a diverse and engaging lineup that meets the venue's standards and audience preferences. Negotiate contracts and fees with artists, agents, and vendors, ensuring favourable terms while adhering to budget constraints. Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service. Plan and participate in promotional events to attract patrons. Maintain a fun, safe atmosphere for guests. Handle any tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent safety or legal issues. Venue Presentation and Compliance: Ensure impeccable presentation of the venue, bar, staff, and yourself at all times. Set up and stock the bar according to venue expectations and standards. Adhere to all licensing conditions and legal obligations. Complete relevant training courses and comply with food legislation and HACCP regulations. Attend scheduled meetings and maintain company policies and standards Qualifications: Proven experience in entertainment management or a related field.
