Proactive inbox management, with confidence to make decisions on behalf of others where appropriate. Organising any travel requirements and documentation. Keeping client's information confidential and handling with a professional manner. Adhoc administrative support to the wider team. Skills and experience required: Previous experience supporting C-suite (desirable). Highly motivated and a driven personality. Eager and enthusiastic personality. Confident to make decisions and to communicate with senior staff members. High degree of self-management and initiative. Excellent IT skills with proficiency in all Microsoft packages. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding time management, with the ability to work to deadlines.
