Current rate per hour Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate) - £12.74 Evening Premium (from 6pm) - £1.12 Sunday Day Premium - £1.27 Sunday Evening Premium - £2.51 Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift) - £15.93 Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift) - £17.33 Contract Type: Permanent Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks) Contracted days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding. Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay Structure: The position is weekly paid. I'm recruiting for a European Roadfreight Operator to join a global freight forwarder. Responsibilities: Handling European services Handling Baltic Services Coordinate and manage the movement of freight from origin to final destination, both international and national Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements. Track and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates to customers Address any issues or delays promptly and implement effective solutions Provide excellent customer service at all times Skills required: 1 years experience International road freight Experience with Baltic imports/exports would be desirable Capable of manually calculating costs and charges Good customer service skills Experience with Customs paperwork Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient Working hours: Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
