I'm recruiting for a European Roadfreight Operator to join a global freight forwarder.
Responsibilities:
- Handling European services
- Handling Baltic Services
- Coordinate and manage the movement of freight from origin to final destination, both international and national
- Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates to customers
- Address any issues or delays promptly and implement effective solutions
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Skills required:
- 1 years+ experience International road freight
- Experience with Baltic imports/exports would be desirable
- Capable of manually calculating costs and charges
- Good customer service skills
- Experience with Customs paperwork
- Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
