This will include validating tools and equipment through complex technical methods and ensuring the acquisition and maintenance of competencies for the staff in the fields of forensic collisions and vehicle investigations.
Lead the achievement and maintenance of ISO 17025 and ISO 17020 accreditation and FSR Code of Practice compliance regarding Forensic Collision Investigations within the FCIU by ensuring that all procedure documentation, equipment validation and staff competence remains up-to-date, and acting where it is not.
Provide leadership in the standardisation of all procedures and processes within Forensic Collision Investigations that complies with mandated regulatory standards.
This will include taking part and supporting on a range of fraud prevention measures, as well as investigation and mitigation required for contracts either suspected of, or confirmed as fraud.
The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Fraud Specialist across all areas of fraud prevention within the business.
The role will include overall responsibility for working through the HPI React system, and applying the correct outputs for each queue.
