As a Forensic Accountant, you will play a crucial role in their Forensic Services Team, applying your accounting and forensic skills to a variety of complex and diverse engagements. From commercial disputes and fraud investigations to M&A transactions and data analytics assignments, your expertise will be pivotal in providing valuable insights and analysis. Your key responsibilities for this Forensic role will include : Provide technical accounting expertise for post-acquisition disputes and claims. Advise on accounting aspects of fraud, financial investigations and regulatory compliance programmes Analyse accounts and financial data for investigations and financial due diligence Collaborate with legal teams to assist with mediation's and settlement negotiations. Conduct desktop research on businesses and individuals. Prepare detailed calculations and business valuations for disputes. Utilise data analytic tools to analyse data. Conduct financial due diligence and build financial models for disputes and corporate transactions. Collaborate with independent expert accountants and review expert reports. Provide training on technical accounting topics to stakeholders Assist with business development and marketing initiatives. Your key skills for this Forensic role will include: Be a Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) or equivalent Proven experience in forensic accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Be a clear communicator, both written and verbal skills.
