Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead a Mental Health Service in Shrewsbury.
The service focuses on helping customers develop the skills and resources necessary to live independently, manage and sustain a tenancy, and prepare for a transition to independent living.
The service provides crucial step-down support from mental health rehabilitation to offering housing-related supported accommodation to customers.
To assist in the preparation of food, servicing of meals with agreed methods and portion control, assist in stock taking including checking delivery and storage of stock and general catering duties.
General
To undertake basic food preparation duties, including breakfast production, preparing vegetables, fruit, salad, and cold buffets
To ensure that all food served is of a high quality and standard, mindful of portion control, meal content and correct temperatures.
We are looking for a Catering General Manager to work across three sites in Northern Ireland.
As the General Manager, you will ideally have a successful background in Contract Catering/Hospitality/Retail, using your entrepreneurial skills to create a thriving and successful working environment.
You possess excellent management and communication skills, have a good understanding of report writing and financial management, and be able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem-solving.
