Food Technology Teacher - Outstanding School in Birmingham Start Date: September 2024 We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join our outstanding school in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and committed team, dedicated to providing an excellent standard of education for our students. About the Role As a Food Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Food Technology to students of different age groups. You will plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the unique needs of each child. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a diverse and engaging curriculum that caters to the abilities of all students. Inspire a love of food and cooking and educate students about nutrition and food science. Assess, track, and report on the students' progress and development. Participate in and organise school events and cooking competitions. About You Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Home Economics or a related field. Experience in teaching Food Technology is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
