The successful candidate will provide accurate and comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Buyer and wider Trading Team. Key Tasks (INTERNAL) Product data integrity including new line set up, price management & promotion activity Overall data maintenance and integrity of HH and Navision Ad hoc reporting as instructed by Senior Buyer Working with our China Team on critical path Weekly stock reports Managing and maintaining of the showroom Consolidating and posting samples new for our sales team Aiding the Senior Buyer with Launch Plan activity Supporting with supplier management and communication Updating the team about any delays or problems with suppliers, purchase orders and NPD Researching new products and suppliers Maintaining records of supplier contracts Staying up-to-date and reporting on market trends Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers Working closely with the sales team with quote and new product set up (on customers sites) Working with all trading team to ensure products set up is on time, using critical paths General Admin duties Ensure all Advs are complete in a timely manner Artwork proofs Hours - 37.5 hours per week.
