We have an urgent requirement for a professional & highly experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join an International FMCG business based in Watford.
Excellent stake holder management skills are a must, with significant exposure to the CFO and CEO - this role requires a confident, skilled individual who can add value immediately.
They are going through exponential growth and looking to expand their Finance team but need some additional support for an interim period.

Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a local charity based in Hertfordshire to find them a Fractional / Part-Time CFO for a minimum of 2 days per month.
This position will be relatively broad, given they have never had a CFO previously, and will in large part revolve around advising and providing insights to the CEO to allow him to run the business more efficiently.
Working directly with their impressive CEO and board of trustees, the successful candidate will have a significant impact on the running of the charity moving forward, ensuring they are able to serve the community to the highest capacity.
Our Client has been established for over 150 years, and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
