A1 personnel are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Dartford. Duties and Responsibilities: Take ownership of and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the sites and surrounding grounds, logged on our PPM Schedules and periodic tables. Work closely and communicate effectively with Maintenance Manager to achieve completion of jobs, these tasks include plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting and decoration, carpentry, general site cleaning) Maintain a high standard if Health and Safety on site at all the times Requirements: Multi skilled maintenance experience Forklift driving experience (preferred) Drivers license, with a clean record Ability to meet the physical demands of the job Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks Self motivated and very good organisational skills Hours: Monday to Friday : 8am-5pm Flexibility required
