A1 personnel are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Dartford.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the sites and surrounding grounds, logged on our PPM Schedules and periodic tables.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with Maintenance Manager to achieve completion of jobs, these tasks include plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting and decoration, carpentry, general site cleaning)
- Maintain a high standard if Health and Safety on site at all the times
Requirements:
- Multi skilled maintenance experience
- Forklift driving experience (preferred)
- Drivers license, with a clean record
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Self motivated and very good organisational skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday : 8am-5pm
- Flexibility required
