The role
We are seeking an experienced End User & M365 Computing Support Engineer to provide 2nd Line IT support to our end-users.
With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will uphold our company Service Level Agreements and contribute to the success of our Service Desk Team.
The ideal candidate will proactively resolve issues and complete requests, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Our dynamic and ever-growing business client seeks a passionate and logical IT Support Engineer with solid cloud experience.
In this role, you will act as an escalation point for the Service Desk on infrastructure-related incidents and perform day-to-day administration of all infrastructure-related systems.
These positions will be four days onsite and one remote.
